What's a token, and how far does a membership go?

Tokens meter your AI readings. A full Tian Qi Sage reading is about 20 tokens, so Sage's 500 a month is roughly 25 in-depth readings; lighter follow-up questions cost less. You can top up anytime.

Is it really a 12-month commitment, even on Monthly?

Yes. Monthly and Annual are both a 12-month membership; Monthly simply spreads the payments across the year. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime, and it ends when the term is served.

How do I cancel?

Turn off auto-renewal on this page. Your membership runs to the end of its 12-month term and you keep full access until then; on Monthly, the remaining instalments are still billed. There are no charges after the term ends.

Do my tokens expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Your monthly tokens never expire while your membership is active. (Stand-alone top-up packs bought without a membership expire a year after purchase.)

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrades are instant: you pay only the prorated difference and the extra tokens are credited immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
